As of January 2025, a total of 11,124 active residential listings and 3,349 pending listings were recorded, revealing unique trends for both resale and new construction properties.

Among active listings, resale properties dominate, representing 57.9% of the market with an average price of $730,233 and an average price drop of 6.8%. Pending resale listings accounted for 53.9% of the market, with an average price of $586,108. New construction properties comprised 20.2% of active listings, averaging $693,014, with a slightly lower price drop of 7.3%. Pending listings for new construction made up 46.1%, averaging $499,283. Pending listings under special conditions remained marginal, accounting for 3.76% of the market.
The data also sheds light on the activity index, with active new construction listings showing a relatively high activity index of 29.16%, compared to resale properties at 19.67%. Meanwhile, under special listing conditions, pre-foreclosure properties had a notable activity index of 33.33%, and auction listings demonstrated an activity index of 20.00%.
